RETURN AND CANCELLATION TERMS
Returns Basic Rule
As a basic rule on our site, you can return the product you have purchased with all copies of the invoice issued to you within 5 days from the date of delivery, and although it is not mandatory, you can return it with a letter stating the reason for your return in order to serve you better.
Returns must be made with the original box and packaging sent to you, and with the Warranty Label or opening protective tape, if any, unopened.
Products whose original box/packaging is damaged and cannot be resold to another customer without any defects are not refundable.
In the event that the reason for the return of the product is defective (Ex: the expiration date has passed), the shipping fee is paid by us. In this case, it is obligatory to send the product with our contracted cargo specified on the home page. Otherwise, the difference will be deducted from the refund amount. If the situation requiring the return is based on another reason, the Cargo fee must be paid by the sender of the goods.
Products that need to be specially produced for the buyer in order to be used are not refundable.
If the time between the preparation of the goods for order and the receipt of the return is long enough to cause the product to be damaged, the products will not be returned.
The returned product is examined by our Returns Department to determine whether it complies with the return conditions. Control, Approval and Payment processes for returns that meet the above conditions take 5-10 business days from the date of receipt. Whether the return is approved or not, an e-mail is sent to your registered e-mail address informing you of this situation. In case the refund is approved, the refund can be made within 2-5 days to any Credit Card or any Bank Account registered or not with us. If your return is not approved, the product will be sent back to the address of the orderer.
Our site reserves the right to apply the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 4077 in return applications.
